What you will do

• Prepare compounded sterile products using aseptic techniques and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with State Board of Pharmacy rules and other regulating agencies.
• Review orders and prescriptions for admixing and dispensing.
• Supervise IV technicians, interns, and other support personnel.
• Resolve order discrepancies and handle after-hour on-call coverage.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement and perform Quality Control functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or PharmD.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Valid Pharmacist license in TX.
• Completion of ACPE accredited IV Certification.
• Ability to work a schedule of 11am-6pm, including alternating weekends and holidays.
