Salary: $199,090 – $298,200 per annum

What you will do
- Own the full outbound marketing strategy for custom silicon, including XPUs, XPU attach solutions, and advanced IP platforms.
- Define differentiated value propositions and messaging hierarchies for portfolio segments.
- Lead product launch planning and execution across sales, PR, analyst relations, and digital channels.
- Develop competitive response playbooks, sales enablement content, and technical thought leadership assets.
- Partner with product management and engineering to translate technical roadmaps into external market strategies.
- Represent marketing in senior leadership forums to align strategy with business outcomes.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in outbound product or technology marketing within the semiconductor, systems, or AI infrastructure industry.
- BS degree required; Electrical or Computer Engineering degree highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in custom silicon, AI accelerator markets, and hyperscaler infrastructure.
- Proven ability to synthesize highly technical concepts into compelling external narratives.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- Strong executive presence and experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
