What you will do
- Serve as a technical specialist or supervisory lead for wastewater reclamation projects across multiple market sectors.
- Provide technical advisory to design teams and clients throughout planning, design, construction, startup, commissioning, and operations.
- Drive joint accountability for project execution and safety performance.
- Mentor and supervise engineering staff; build technical bench strength through staff development and recruiting.
- Support business development activities including pursuit strategy, prepositioning, proposal development, and project interviews.
- Establish and promote quality and continuous improvement processes, including change management and risk management efforts.
Requirements
- Location: Overland Park, KS, US
- Bachelorβs degree in engineering from an accredited program in the home country or the country where the professional is practicing.
- Minimum 11 years of related work experience.
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search) if selected.
- Professional registration or licensure in the designated home office country, or active pursuit of such registration.
