What you will do

• Facilitate risk awareness through training sessions and materials for employees.
• Develop and implement risk policies, procedures, and appetite statements.
• Monitor risks against thresholds and produce reports for management and regulators.
• Manage the risk incident process, including registration and reporting of risk events.
• Provide guidance on identifying and assessing inherent and residual risks.
• Partner with risk owners to resolve KRI breaches within set timelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in risk management within financial services.
• Degree or certification in risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Methodological approach with impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and organize complex data.
• Must be based in the UK.
