What you will do

• Strengthen and manage risk management, internal audit, and assurance frameworks.
• Deliver and oversee a robust internal audit programme.
• Provide independent assurance and reports to senior leadership and the Board.
• Work with the Executive Team to embed a strong risk-aware culture.
• Support strategic decision-making through the identification and mitigation of organizational risks.

Requirements

• Strong track record in developing and embedding enterprise risk management (ERM) and internal audit programmes.
• Experience working within complex organizations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders, including Boards or Audit & Risk Committees.
• Deep understanding of risk, assurance, and governance frameworks.
• Must be based in the UK to support a hybrid London-based role.
