What you will do

• Lead the Treasury function for Revolut in Mexico.
• Maintain and monitor liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Optimize the deployment of excess capital and liquidity to meet risk and return profiles.
• Support the local CFO in capital and liquidity discussions with regulators and the Board.
• Ensure treasury operations and risk management align with Group policies.
• Collaborate with Risk, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting departments.

Requirements

• Expertise in treasury management within financial services.
• Experience building treasury processes and controls.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, economics, or maths.
• CFA Level III certification required.
