What you will do

• Manage the full month-end close process across multiple business entities.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and P&L reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts receivable and conduct payroll analysis.
• Execute audit procedures and evaluate internal controls to ensure financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop scalable accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• CPA license or equivalent professional qualification.
• 2–4 years of public accounting or external audit experience.
