What you will do

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with regulations.
• Manage payroll processing and prepare timely payroll returns.
• Perform general bookkeeping, including account reconciliation and report generation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, tax returns, and payroll processing.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CPA.
• Experience with additional financial software and tools.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
