What you will do
- Support programmatics from concept to completion for projects ranging from internal R&D to multi-spacecraft missions.
- Execute risk management processes, including tracking burndown plans and coordinating risk closure approvals.
- Facilitate and streamline headcount tracking and forecasting.
- Plan and organize periodic internal program reviews covering schedule, risk, and key requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop schedules for various subsystems and hardware components.
Requirements
- B.S. in aerospace engineering, physics, or applied math.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across different tracks and groups.
Nice to have
- Leadership experience in university programs, clubs, or technical projects.
- Experience with space systems or hardware.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and V-lookups.
