Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing the full customer lifecycle for a competitive intelligence platform with an accent on driving adoption, renewals, and expansion. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vancouver, Toronto, or London. Role is Office-First (Hybrid) with required in-office days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Compensation: CA$75,000 – CA$105,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do
- Own the full customer relationship, including renewals, expansion, and forecasting for your assigned book of business.
- Drive platform adoption by ensuring AI agents and integrations are fully utilized by customers.
- Quantify and document ROI to demonstrate the platform's impact on win rates and revenue.
- Lead cross-functional account teams, including Sales, Researchers, and AI Solutions, to execute account strategy.
- Build multi-threaded relationships across all levels of the customer organization, from end-users to executive sponsors.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks through data-driven signal awareness.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a CSM or commercial role with direct revenue accountability.
- Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong discovery skills with the ability to connect business goals to platform outcomes.
- Commercial fluency in upsell conversations and business-case development.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and drive change management.
- Must be able to work from the office in Vancouver, Toronto, or London on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Nice to have
- Experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or sales enablement.
- Familiarity with technical integrations like CRM, Slack, or MCP.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt design, or workflow automation.
