What you will do
- Design comprehensive test architecture including unit, integration, E2E, and semantic validation suites.
- Build semantic validation harnesses to measure AI output precision, rigor-tier correctness, and stability.
- Implement automated probes at API and database layers to verify cross-tenant isolation and RLS policies.
- Maintain CI/CD quality gates to block bad builds and ensure schema validation and migration integrity.
- Lead test automation practices and mentor junior engineers on test design and AI system reproducibility.
- Collaborate with AI/LLM leads to define acceptance criteria and flag testability issues early.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software QA experience with a strong background in test strategy and planning.
- 3+ years of experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Pytest.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (primary language for this engagement).
- Deep knowledge of databases, SQL, and multi-tenant isolation testing.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipeline integration and automated deployment workflows.
- Exceptional English proficiency for working with global, distributed teams.
Nice to have
- ISTQB Advanced Level, CSTE, or equivalent QA certification.
- Experience with performance and load testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of security testing practices and OWASP vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with TDD/BDD methodologies and tools like Cucumber.
- Experience testing AI/ML systems and LLM outputs.
