What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for backend services and APIs.
• Build and optimize scalable test automation frameworks and supporting infrastructure.
• Develop internal automation tools and utilities to enhance team productivity.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Analyze test results and perform root cause analysis of failures.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps engineers to increase test coverage and reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience (Middle) or 5+ years (Senior) in QA Automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Linux administration and containerization (Docker).
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD systems and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
• Ability to work with technical documentation in English.
• Must be based in Poland, Georgia, Serbia, or Cyprus.

• Experience using LLMs and AI agents to accelerate test case creation, automation development, and debugging.
