What you will do
- Establish and maintain automated frontend and E2E testing using Playwright.
- Develop API and integration test coverage for routers and database flows.
- Implement stable mocking and fixture strategies using MSW and pytest.
- Configure CI quality gates for linting, code coverage, and reporting.
- Build LLM evaluation disciplines using golden datasets to track model drift and stability.
- Optimize test runtimes and eliminate flakiness to improve maintainability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in QA automation on production systems.
- Proficiency in Python and pytest.
- Experience with Playwright or Selenium for E2E testing.
- Strong skills in API testing (REST) and SQL/PostgreSQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, or Jenkins).
- Practical experience testing non-deterministic LLM model outputs.
Nice to have
- Experience in performance, benchmark, or WebSocket testing.
- Knowledge of security and dependency scanning.
- Experience in legal-tech, fintech, or other regulated domains.
- Familiarity with LLM quality metrics (hallucination tracking, consistency).
