What you will do

• Own the technology strategy and execution roadmap across backend and frontend.
• Lead and develop engineering leaders and teams, including hiring and performance management.
• Drive architecture and engineering standards using Node.js, NestJS, React, and Vue.
• Build an AI-native engineering culture and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
• Own edge and security posture using Cloudflare and ensure system resilience.
• Establish modern engineering operations, including CI/CD and technical debt management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO/VP Engineering/Director) owning outcomes across multiple teams.
• Strong background in modern backend development with Node.js and NestJS.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver AI-native products and LLM-enabled workflows.
• Working knowledge of Cloudflare services and edge security concepts.
• Strong security mindset with experience in secure SDLC and risk management.
• Ability to work EST business hours and collaborate with distributed teams.
