Salary: $89,210 – $133,810

What you will do

• Complete three 12-month rotations in various facilities across the United States.
• Support welding and materials joining technical initiatives in R&D, product development, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize fabrication processes.
• Apply engineering principles to design and implement safe, efficient welding solutions.
• Participate in supplier quality support and manufacturing transformation projects.

Requirements

• Must have completed a hirify.global Students & Graduates assignment (internship, co-op, or trainee) within the previous 24 months.
• Must hold an ABET-accredited Bachelor’s or higher degree in Welding, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 required.
• Must be willing to travel and relocate domestically within the United States.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is NOT available).
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week.
