Salary: $89,210 – $133,810

What you will do
- Complete three 12-month rotations in various facilities across the United States.
- Support welding and materials joining technical initiatives in R&D, product development, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize fabrication processes.
- Apply engineering principles to design and implement safe, efficient welding solutions.
- Participate in supplier quality support and manufacturing transformation projects.
Requirements
- Must have completed a Students & Graduates assignment (internship, co-op, or trainee) within the previous 24 months.
- Must hold an ABET-accredited Bachelor’s or higher degree in Welding, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 required.
- Must be willing to travel and relocate domestically within the United States.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is NOT available).
- Must be able to work onsite five days a week.

- Hands-on experience with welding processes.
- Previous technical internship or co-op experience.
- Project or team leadership experience.
- Involvement in campus design or competition teams.
