What you will do

• Coordinate and assist with the design, evaluation, and integration of engineering projects.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the deployment and optimization of MES objects in a GMP environment.
• Investigate and resolve HMI/OPC tag disconnects and implement advanced logic for production uptime.
• Execute end-to-end migration of validated MES recipes through DEV, QA, and PROD lifecycles.
• Analyze Electronic Batch Records and OEE metrics to reduce changeover time and manufacturing scrap.
• Author SOPs, traceability matrices, and test scripts to ensure adherence to FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.
• 2+ years of related engineering or technical experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of Rockwell Automation PharmaSuite and S88-compliant batch manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Python or SQL for data analysis and CAD tools for site layout.
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and root cause analysis.
• Flexibility to work non-standard schedules to support 24/7 operations.
