What you will do

• Lead project planning, work breakdown structures, and change management control.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and status reports throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure achievement of project milestones across multiple concurrent projects.
• Act as the primary communicator for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts to resolve issues.
• Conduct project retrospectives to drive continuous improvement for future engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in LATAM
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years of experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP implementations.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• SuiteSuccess methodology experience.
• PMP certification.
