Salary: $185,000 - $265,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a senior pillar lead for the Data & Analytics practice.
• Grow a book of business through strategic account expansion and client relationship leadership.
• Shape solution strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmaps for enterprise clients.
• Oversee delivery of complex data engineering programs and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Develop new data engineering offerings, accelerators, and reusable delivery assets.
• Mentor and develop senior managers, architects, and cross-functional delivery teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or technology consulting.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Must reside in one of the specified U.S. states or Washington, DC.
• Strong technical background in Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven track record in business development, proposal strategy, and executive-level advisory.
