What you will do

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain standardized business terms, definitions, and data lineage.
• Provide guidance and training to users and data stewards on governance practices.
• Create dashboards and metrics to track governance program effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or analytics.
• US citizenship required to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency with Collibra data governance platform and enterprise data architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or Business.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders and senior leadership.
