What you will do
- Execute the data and analytics vision for Accounting and Finance, including the development of a strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams to align analytics priorities with key business drivers.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI solutions in Finance to optimize decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Manage the accounting function's data model, marts, and user access within Snowflake to support the enterprise data strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on discovered patterns, benchmarks, and reported results.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. candidate.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting data/analytics.
- Strong expertise in Advanced SQL and data warehousing/modeling best practices in Snowflake.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
- Proven experience managing teams and driving the adoption of Data Strategy and Governance processes.
- Solid understanding of how business processes translate into data stored in ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce).
Nice to have
- Advanced Degree in Analytic Finance, Econometrics, or a data-related field.
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Background working with publicly traded multi-national hyper-growth companies.
