What you will do

• Execute the data and analytics vision for Accounting and Finance, including the development of a strategic roadmap.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams to align analytics priorities with key business drivers.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI solutions in Finance to optimize decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Manage the accounting function's data model, marts, and user access within Snowflake to support the enterprise data strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on discovered patterns, benchmarks, and reported results.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. candidate.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting data/analytics.
• Strong expertise in Advanced SQL and data warehousing/modeling best practices in Snowflake.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
• Proven experience managing teams and driving the adoption of Data Strategy and Governance processes.
• Solid understanding of how business processes translate into data stored in ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce).

Nice to have

• Advanced Degree in Analytic Finance, Econometrics, or a data-related field.
