What you will do
- Develop architectural solutions and prototypes in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Monitor and optimize development processes to ensure high efficiency and quality standards.
- Lead team ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos.
- Perform pair programming and provide technical guidance on complex development tasks.
- Oversee incident resolution for the 4th line of support to maintain platform SLA.
- Design, code, test, and debug core platform services and extensibility frameworks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional programming experience with a strong focus on .NET.
- 2+ years of experience working with web applications.
- 1+ year of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
- Proficiency in C#, OOP, Entity Framework, WebAPI, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with database systems including MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required for business communication.
