What you will do

• Drive technical decisions and contribute to the architecture of a new .NET-based product.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable backend solutions and high-performance APIs.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team through mentoring and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver business-critical features.
• Establish engineering standards and improve development processes to promote software quality.
• Support hiring activities by participating in technical interviews and evaluating candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in .NET development.
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong expertise in backend development and designing REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and computer networking fundamentals.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Polish.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with public cloud platforms.
• Background in hardware and software integration projects.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, or infrastructure-related solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor.
