What you will do

• Define and adjust SCRUM processes to prioritize SDLC speed and product-oriented mindset.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Manage database solutions using PostgreSQL and optimize schemas and queries.
• Coach team members to evolve their soft and hard skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience using .NET.
• Proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET Core MVC/Web API, and C#.
• Strong experience with relational databases (MS SQL or PostgreSQL) and ORM tools.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS).
• Experience leading SCRUM teams and applying shift-left practices (TDD/BDD).
• Understanding of microservices and Service-Oriented Architecture principles.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.
• Experience building high-load distributed backend systems.
• Familiarity with messaging systems like NATS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of the LGTM stack.
