Salary: $198,000–$250,000

What you will do
- Design and build a scalable platform to simplify the operation of hundreds of data partner integrations.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate technical vision into a concrete roadmap.
- Partner with third-party vendors and clients to co-create solutions and ensure seamless data integration.
- Architect, develop, and deploy customer-facing features using TypeScript, React, Python, and AWS.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers to foster a culture of growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in production-ready software development.
- Must be based in or able to commute to New York City for hybrid work.
- Expertise in steering technical projects across the full stack.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Python (Django), and PostgreSQL.
- Experience maintaining and working with data integrations or external API sources.
- Collaborative mindset with a proven track record of leading engineering teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in the developer productivity domain or building SDKs.
- Background in Fintech or the financial services industry.
