TL;DR

Salary: $197,300 - $225,100 per year

What you will do

  • Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers focused on distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
  • Build end-to-end applications using a modern stack including AWS, Python, Node.js, and Vue.js.
  • Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions for credit card services.
  • Mentor engineering team members and participate in internal and external technology communities.
  • Drive automation initiatives to transform manual workforce management processes into scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or immigration support provided.
  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, Python, or Go.

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree.
  • Experience with interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity.
  • 1+ years of people management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
  • 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
