• Own technical design and architecture for complex systems powering high-value financial transfers.
• Operate AI-natively to accelerate software delivery and prototype new concepts.
• Translate customer signals and data into scalable technical strategies for a global user base.
• Ensure high availability and low latency across web, mobile, and backend services.
• Mentor teammates and advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and system design.
• Partner with product, design, and analytics teams to deliver 0-to-1 product experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience building end-to-end systems.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and native mobile development (iOS/Android/React Native).
• Proficiency in modern backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
• Experience designing and building distributed, large-scale systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
