TL;DR
Senior Presales Analyst (Fintech): Designing and planning technical solutions by aligning client needs with product capabilities with an accent on scope definition, project estimation, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on translating complex business requirements into actionable Statements of Work (SOWs) and resource plans to drive successful project delivery.
Location: Must be based in Bogota, Colombia. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in-office.

What you will do
- Support the design of technical solution approaches aligned with client and business requirements.
- Prepare clear documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), defining scope, responsibilities, and delivery guidelines.
- Develop project estimates covering cost, timelines, and resource needs.
- Manage project plans and coordinate resource allocation across internal teams.
- Collaborate effectively with technical, sales, and delivery departments to ensure project alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting technical solution design, project planning, or delivery in a client-facing environment.
- Strong ability to translate business and technical requirements into structured documentation.
- Proficiency with project estimation, scheduling, and resource planning tools.
- Must be based in Bogota, Colombia and able to work in a hybrid environment (3 days/week in-office).
Nice to have
- Experience supporting sales or pre-sales activities, including proposals and contract follow-up.
- Ability to build data-driven dashboards or reports using tools like Power BI.
- Exposure to portfolio management, demand planning, or PMO-related activities.
