What you will do

• Configure software systems to meet client-specific needs, including user roles, workflows, and data fields.
• Create comprehensive functional documentation to guide technical teams and reference for clients.
• Conduct user training through workshops and guides to ensure effective system adoption.
• Collaborate with testing teams to identify and resolve functional issues and validate requirements.
• Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and feedback collection post-implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization to enhance software value.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in functional and business analysis.
• Proven experience working with Infor WMS and TMS solutions.
• Industry awareness of Supply Chain execution, specifically WMS and TMS.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel for occasional onsite work with clients.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
