What you will do
- Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with assigned clients to ensure long-term success.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, providing product training and ensuring early adoption.
- Monitor client usage data to identify trends, potential churn risks, and opportunities for account growth.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for product improvements.
- Present business reviews showcasing ROI and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to internal process optimization.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
- Must be able to work in US time zones, including flexibility for weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
- Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) and modern productivity software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
