Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Serving as the primary point of contact for US and EU-based clients to ensure product adoption, satisfaction, and long-term growth with an accent on strategic relationship building and proactive issue resolution. Focus on driving revenue expansion, managing complex client journeys in healthcare and AI-driven sectors, and acting as a bridge between clients and internal product teams.

Location: Remote (Global, with a preference for candidates in the Philippines, LATAM, South Africa, and Kenya; must be flexible with US time zones)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with assigned clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, providing product training and ensuring early adoption.
  • Monitor client usage data to identify trends, potential churn risks, and opportunities for account growth.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for product improvements.
  • Present business reviews showcasing ROI and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to internal process optimization.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Must be able to work in US time zones, including flexibility for weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) and modern productivity software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.

Nice to have

  • Background in healthcare, telemedicine, or digital health platforms.
  • Experience with HIPAA compliance and handling confidential health information.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered solutions or SaaS business models.
  • Experience in account growth, upselling, and revenue expansion.
