What you will do

• Support rollout and administration of operational lifecycle systems including Arena PLM and engineering repositories.
• Coordinate deployment readiness, commissioning records, and operational workflows across engineering, robotics, software, and research operations.
• Maintain operational documentation, templates, and knowledge systems to ensure usability and consistency.
• Support cross-functional coordination and execution of operational work streams within the Blueprint program.
• Assist with lifecycle visibility, asset tracking, and operational reporting across AISF platforms.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Cambridge, MA, USA for onsite work
• 3–7 years experience supporting engineering operations, lifecycle systems, or interdisciplinary infrastructure environments.
• Experience with PLM, release management, commissioning, deployment workflows, and configuration tracking.
• Familiarity with Arena PLM, Jira, Notion, Confluence, CAD/PDM systems, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills to drive operational follow-through.
• Comfortable working in rapidly evolving environments with emerging operational structures.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting robotics, automation, advanced manufacturing, or hardware infrastructure.
• Familiarity with FAT/SAT, sustaining engineering, and operational governance.
• Experience building operational workflows, onboarding structures, and lifecycle coordination systems.
