What you will do

• Develop account-level valuation and credit underwriting policies using NPV frameworks.
• Manage credit limits, risk-based pricing, and retention strategies.
• Make data-driven decisions with a focus on marginal decision-making.
• Adjust risk return requirements and manage portfolio returns based on new data.
• Support annual budget, forecast, and planning processes.
• Track and communicate performance of ongoing initiatives through intensive monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• 3+ years of experience managing the risk cycle for retail credit products.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, statistics, physics, maths, or economics.
• Solid understanding of credit policy governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of credit and behavioural scoring models.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python.
• Willingness to learn new technology to help the business scale.
