What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Procurement Operations specialists.
• Oversee team workload, performance objectives, and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Drive the optimization and administration of procurement systems like Astra, Coupa, and Ironclad.
• Implement procurement policies, governance frameworks, and approval structures.
• Partner with Finance leadership to manage spend visibility, PO processes, and financial governance.
• Lead audit, SOX, and compliance reporting to ensure process adherence.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Procurement Operations or related roles.
• 1–3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to manage team workflows in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong experience with procurement systems such as Astra, Coupa, or Ironclad.
• Extensive experience working with Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
