What you will do
- Create local policies for financial products, customer suitability, and advisory guidelines.
- Establish operational modes for product due diligence, suitability frameworks, transaction monitoring, and vendor management.
- Develop end-to-end product approvals, regulatory filings, and launches.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to define trading feature requirements.
- Partner with Growth to drive customer engagement and financial KPIs.
- Design customer engagement touchpoints and continuously improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Singapore.
- 5+ years in financial services and wealth management focused on retail investors.
- Expertise in broker/dealer operations, advisory guidelines, and local regulations.
- Experience in rapidly scaling companies or environments.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain CMFAS certifications and complete additional modules.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in data analytics including Python and SQL.
