What you will do

• Develop and implement new financial products tailored to institutional market demands.
• Own the detailed prioritization of the product roadmap, balancing feature development with technical debt.
• Define and deliver workflows that maximize automation in trade execution, hedging, and risk management.
• Drive comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including defining success metrics and iterating based on data.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to drive product development processes.
• Advocate for trading product needs in cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in institutional trading (crypto or traditional) or 5 years as an OTC trader.
• Mandatory in-person onboarding process required for all new hires.
• Proven ability to drive and manage complex projects across multiple teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Deep investment in optimizing end-user experience to create business value.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of crypto, active use of self-custody wallets, and DeFi experience.
• Experience building 0 to 1 products for financial institutions.
