What you will do

• Own outcomes and prioritize impactful features each sprint.
• Build AI-powered features including OCR, document understanding, and agent loops.
• Ship prototypes quickly and iterate to production quality.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows and pain points.
• Improve codebase quality through reviews, refactoring, and observability.
• Drive team progress by proposing and adopting engineering standards and tools.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work with presence in Alexandria, Egypt.
• 6+ years of experience building production software systems.
• Proven experience shipping AI-driven features with LLMs or agents.
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, testing, security, and performance.
• Comfortable with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
