Senior Fullstack Engineer (Node/TypeScript/React)

Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain; Berlin, Germany; or Eindhoven, Netherlands

What you will do

• Build and maintain full-stack features across APIs, data layers, and user interfaces.
• Contribute to architecture and system design decisions, including service boundaries, data modeling, and scalability.
• Own delivery from idea and implementation through testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Review code for quality, clarity, and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly and collaborate with Product, Design, and UX.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer working across backend and frontend development.
• Strong experience building real products and collaborating with Product, Design, and UX teams.
• Solid experience with Node, TypeScript, and React.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with system design, service boundaries, data modeling, and scalability.
• Daily experience using LLM tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor for coding, research, documentation, and ideation.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET, Vue, or other languages and frameworks.
• A pragmatic approach that balances strong technical opinions with collaboration.
