hirify.global is a product company developing an AI orchestration platform that provides a unified interface for multiple generative AI models.

What you will do

• Build the orchestration core as a unified layer over multiple AI providers with failover, retries, and rate limiting.
• Own the API contracts for the Flutter client, ensuring stability, versioning, and clear error handling.
• Develop the media pipeline for storing and delivering generated assets using S3 and CDN with cost control.
• Ensure system reliability under traffic spikes through metrics, tracing, and per-provider alerting.
• Implement usage accounting and idempotent charging integration with the core billing service.
• Design async generation pipelines utilizing long-running job queues and provider webhooks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Go, or solid expertise in Java, Kotlin, C#, Rust, or TypeScript with a willingness to switch to Go.
• Hands-on experience designing backend services for real production loads and managing architectural trade-offs.
• Strong API design skills (REST, gRPC) specifically for mobile application consumption.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, including transactions, isolation levels, and indexing.
• Experience with asynchronous processing (SQS, Redis, Kafka, Temporal) and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).

Nice to have

• Production experience with generative models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, fal.ai, Replicate, or Runway.
• Experience with billing systems, balances, subscriptions, and payment providers.
• Knowledge of media pipelines, large file handling, CDN, and transcoding.
• Early-stage startup experience or a personal project shipped to real users.
• Experience with Kubernetes and streaming protocols like SSE or WebSocket.
