What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions including reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and meaningful visualizations.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure reliable and timely data availability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve data quality, performance, and architecture.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure consistent metric definitions.
• Improve existing reporting solutions with a focus on usability and maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or Analytics Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience building interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts like star schema and dimensional modeling.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
