What you will do

• Resolve merchant-facing requests regarding WRO and URO issues.
• Coordinate with onsite partners to address merchant concerns and escalations.
• Manage daily load scheduling and truck/container planning.
• Update and maintain all BOL requirements and log IPP shipments.
• Check in and out drivers for all inbound and outbound facility activity.
• Support the resolution of Jira tickets and maintain accurate record-keeping for product safety and traceability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Fort Worth, TX
• 1+ years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, walking, and bending for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm.
