Salary: $169,541 - $210,000

What you will do

• Manage and analyze complex datasets to optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, podcasts, and other platforms.
• Partner with content and organic teams to evaluate SEO and social performance and improve conversions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for marketing data from 3rd party platforms and internal warehouses.
• Develop automated reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Perform in-depth analysis including attribution modeling, A/B testing, and spend efficiency studies.
• Conduct predictive modeling, campaign forecasting, and creative fatigue analysis using Python.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5 years of analytics experience (or 4 years with a Master's degree).
• 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, specifically emphasizing paid media performance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for building data pipelines and quantitative analysis.
• Experience with paid acquisition channels, campaign setup, and measurement.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Metabase, Looker, or similar tools.
