What you will do

• Lead IAM operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and access certifications.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoint lifecycles, patching, and security compliance.
• Oversee Desktop Support operations and drive automation to improve resolution times and SLAs.
• Govern M365 engineering and collaboration services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Manage 150+ Windows servers in AWS and oversee a single domain Active Directory forest.
• Develop and maintain the workplace technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, end-user services, or workplace technology.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing multiple technology teams.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, M365, and Windows Server administration.
• Experience operating within large, regulated enterprise environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare industries.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust and endpoint security models.
• Knowledge of M365 Copilot governance and adoption.
• Experience with vendor and contract management.
