What you will do

• Drive local technology architecture and implement tech and data strategies, including setup and ongoing transformation.
• Oversee tech governance, representing the Technology team in key group committees and presenting to the Board.
• Coordinate transformation programs, customer migrations, and operational model setup.
• Build and maintain a global, reliable, and scalable tech ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to shape financial product evolution.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• 7+ years of experience in technology architecture within the finance sector.
• Deep familiarity with Colombian Central Bank regulatory and security requirements, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, and data risk.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
• Exceptional people management, communication, and organizational skills.
