Project & Process Manager (Materials Science)

Project & Process Manager (Materials Science): Leading the product development lifecycle for graphene nanotube-based products with an accent on project coordination and process management. Location: Based in Belgrade, Serbia (visits to plants in Stara Pazova and Kragujevac and occasional international travel required)

What you will do

• Lead project and process management for new SWCNT-based products (concentrates, masterbatches, suspensions) from prototyping to serial production.
• Develop and manage internal technical documentation, including Production Master Manuals, Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, and DFMEA.
• Coordinate technology transfer projects across hirify.global facilities and OEM/license locations.
• Manage Change requests within the internal Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare external product documentation, such as Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and customer presentations.
• Support internal and external audit processes and cross-functional information requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Composite Materials, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project or process management within polymer, chemical, composites, or advanced materials industries.
• English: Proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience in application development, technology transfer, or commercialization of advanced materials.
• Knowledge of carbon nanomaterials characterization techniques and processing methods.
• Experience with Product Development Process (PDP) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management software, such as OpenProject.
