What you will do

• Lead the adoption of new processes and procedures within the Global PMO to drive efficiency.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and accelerate time-to-deploy.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage the repository for standard global documentation, ensuring all processes are current and accurately documented.
• Conduct ongoing analysis and objective assessments of process performance to provide actionable refinement steps.
• Collaborate with key functional partners to develop joint governance and aligned business processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of process management experience within the Banking or Software industry, preferably in international companies.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or finance.
• Proven track record of delivering transformational change and establishing cross-functional processes.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate objectives into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid setup).
