What you will do

  • Develop thermal control algorithms focusing on optimization and conditional-based maintenance routines.
  • Integrate algorithms into embedded and software platforms throughout R&D and testing phases.
  • Collaborate with design engineering to create and implement system simulation models.
  • Build and integrate models into thermal controls testing frameworks to enable automated testing.
  • Manage full lifecycle algorithm development, from requirements gathering and prototyping to unit and system testing.
  • Create program commentary and user guides for service and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with mechanical system controls and algorithm/code design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation.
  • Expertise in C, C++, and Python.
  • Familiarity with Git and software version control tools.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
  • English: Fluency required.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of HVAC Thermodynamics and various refrigeration cycles.
  • Experience with single phase, two phase, and direct-to-chip liquid cooling.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
