What you will do
- Serve as the primary advocate for medium to large enterprise customers to ensure successful adoption and value realization.
- Define measurable success criteria and drive initiatives to achieve customer business objectives.
- Analyze customer performance metrics and health scores to provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to advocate for customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and drive value-based growth within existing accounts.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders at various levels of account complexity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts exceeding $500K/year in revenue.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Solid understanding of APIs, SDKs, software integration, and databases.
- Proficiency in BI tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Must be able to travel 10-15% annually across the EMEA region.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM), CIAM, or digital identity verification.
- Background in fintech, payments, cybersecurity, RegTech, or financial services.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
