What you will do

  • Drive AI-first adoption and value realization for enterprise customers.
  • Manage high-stakes relationships with C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Architect strategic success plans and AI adoption roadmaps.
  • Lead end-to-end customer journeys, including workflow optimization and AI governance.
  • Collaborate with Sales to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as a strategic conduit between customers and the product team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven track record of managing high-stakes enterprise accounts (Fortune 500).
  • Expertise in executive storytelling and leading C-suite business reviews.
  • Deep understanding of AI-enabled SaaS, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Must be based in London and able to work from the office on a hybrid schedule.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for on-site engagements.
