What you will do
- Drive AI-first adoption and value realization for enterprise customers.
- Manage high-stakes relationships with C-Suite stakeholders.
- Architect strategic success plans and AI adoption roadmaps.
- Lead end-to-end customer journeys, including workflow optimization and AI governance.
- Collaborate with Sales to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
- Serve as a strategic conduit between customers and the product team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes enterprise accounts (Fortune 500).
- Expertise in executive storytelling and leading C-suite business reviews.
- Deep understanding of AI-enabled SaaS, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Must be based in London and able to work from the office on a hybrid schedule.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for on-site engagements.
