What you will do

• Own delivery end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication across projects.
• Clarify requirements, define scope, set milestones, and drive execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into solutions through existing functionality, configuration, or new builds.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to identify gaps and escalate issues.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues by analyzing customer environments and third-party tools.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams, aligning priorities and risks.
• Document learnings and scale processes to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in New York City, NY, USA
• 3+ years in implementation, solutions, customer onboarding, or technical project management in a startup or fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to assess customer stacks, APIs, data flows, and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills managing customer relationships and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to drive projects with imperfect requirements and tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL and Python or willingness to learn.
• Experience with finance, accounting, or B2B operations workflows.
• Exposure to ERPs, CRMs, or payment/tax systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, QuickBooks.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Forward-deployed engineering or live customer environment investigation experience.
