TL;DR
Content Marketing Manager: Elevating Tines’ content engine across long-form, social, and paid programs with an accent on B2B security/IT storytelling and end-to-end ownership of content strategy. Focus on scaling creator-led content, repurposing high-value moments into multi-format campaigns, and iterating quickly using performance feedback.
Location: US East Coast timezone strongly preferred (Remote)

What you will do
- Own content programs that support pipeline growth and brand awareness across long-form assets, blogs, and industry reports.
- Produce content for paid campaigns in partnership with media and publication partners.
- Lead and evolve organic social strategy (primarily LinkedIn), experimenting with new formats and launching social-native campaigns.
- Create and edit short-form video content for social, including repurposing existing assets.
- Build and scale a creator-led content strategy by supporting internal experts, community members, and external partners.
- Manage freelancers and external contributors; design efficient content workflows and provide editorial support to ensure consistency.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, social media, or related roles.
- Proven experience owning content programs and social media strategy end to end.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating strong narrative, hooks, and brand voice.
- Strong track record of repurposing content across channels and formats.
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external contributors.
- Experience using AI tools to scale content production while keeping human perspectives at the core.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AEO and SEO best practices.
- Comfortable editing short-form video for social media.
- Experience with cybersecurity, IT, or technical audiences.
