What you will do

• Develop scalable frontend and backend features using Ruby on Rails, Python, and Vue.js.
• Design and implement distributed microservices using event-driven architecture with Kafka.
• Lead strategic engineering initiatives and manage technical communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on best practices and system design.
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement in team practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing production-grade applications with Ruby or Python and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven systems using Kafka.
• Proficiency with MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and system design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in technical leadership.
